Best Peptide Vendors (2026): Ranked on COAs & Third-Party Testing

The best peptide vendors in September 2026, judged only on transparency, are Peptidology, Limitless Biotech and Ascension Peptides. Each publishes batch-level certificates of analysis (COAs) and has at least one testing lab that can be identified. No vendor we reviewed has a spotless independent testing record, so treat every ranking here as "best documented", not "guaranteed pure".

How we picked these five

Research peptide vendors keep disappearing. Peptide Sciences shut down in March 2026, Science.bio closed in January, and Eternal Peptides stopped taking orders on September 15. The FDA also sent another round of warning letters to five sellers on August 24, 2026 (details). So our first filter was simple. Every vendor listed here:

1. Had a working storefront when we checked on September 25, 2026.
2. Doesn't appear in FDA's warning letter database with a letter from 2024 onward.
3. Uses research-use-only labeling with no dosing or health claims on the pages we reviewed.
4. Posts COAs publicly, not "on request".

After that, we scored each vendor on documentation and independent testing. The full weighting is on the about page.

The short version

• Peptidology (8.1): COAs are listed by lot number and test date, and the site names its labs (Vanguard, Eagle Analytical). Finnrick's community tests passed 12 of 16 samples, with the weakest results on BPC-157.
• Limitless Biotech (7.6): has the most documentation per batch, including sterility and endotoxin reports. Its Finnrick record is weak, though: 7 of 22 samples passed in 2025.
• Ascension Peptides (6.4): its COA library of 85 records can be searched by lot. It has no Finnrick data, and some products are sold under codes instead of compound names.
• Core Peptides (5.0): posts COA images on product pages, but we couldn't verify which lab made them.
• Biotech Peptides (4.6): its COAs are recently dated, but it names no lab and has no community test data.

Why a COA alone isn't enough

A COA is a document, and documents can be faked. In July 2026, the owner of Paradigm Peptides was sentenced to 70 months. Prosecutors said the company falsely marketed its products as domestically made and tested when they were imported without quality testing. That's why we give the most weight to two things a vendor can't easily fake:

• A named lab you can check. Janoshik, for example, runs a public verification tool. See how to read a peptide COA.

No vendor on our list scores well on both. The top-ranked vendors publish the most checkable documentation. The lower-ranked ones mostly ask you to trust images on their own website.

Who we excluded, and why

• FDA warning letters: Swiss Chems (Dec 2024), PureRawz (Sep 2025), Pinnacle Peptides (Dec 2025), Gram Peptides, Pink Pony Peptides and Mile High Compounds (Mar 2026), Wholesale Peptide (Jun 2026), and Peptide Partners, Royal Peptides, NuScience Peptides, Peak Performance Peptides and Tex Peptides (Aug 2026).
• Closed: Peptide Sciences, Science.bio, Amino Asylum, Eternal Peptides, Paradigm Peptides.
• Too little transparency to rank: vendors that hide COAs behind email requests, don't name any lab, run several lookalike domains, or build their catalog around code-named GLP-1-class compounds. We don't cover or recommend GLP-1-class products.
